What form of payment do you accept?
We can also take a card payment over the phone but we incur a fee of 2.5% with our payment processor. Bank transfer is preferable and our bank details can be found on your invoice, making payment fuss free. Staff cannot accept cash payments. However, if cash is your only option, please ring the office on 07735559716 and we can arrange for Alex to collect it.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with public and employers liability insurance and we also hold an Upper Tier, Waste Carriers License from National Resource Wales for your peace of mind.
What training/experience do you have?
The whole team has more than 30 years of experience across a variety of trades from painting and decorating to complete property refurbishments. Alex is also a qualified tree surgeon.
Do you have your own team or do you hire subcontractors?
We have our own team of employed staff with a background in a variety of trades so we can complete as much of the work as possible. We also work with an handpicked selection of the best local subcontractors in our area to help us complete any of the work we can’t do ourselves.
